How can I find my User ID?
Log in to the game.
After entering the game, tap the button in the top-left corner of the screen to return to the main game interface.
Your [ID] displayed in the bottom-left corner of the main interface is your User ID. You can also tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the main interface. On the personal info screen, your ID can also be found in the bottom-right corner.
Does the online store include the First Top-Up Bonus for Sacred White Stone?
Purchases made through the online store do not include the First Top-Up Bonus for Sacred White Stone. However, every purchase made through the online store will receive an additional 5% bonus.
Only Sacred White Stone purchases made in the in-game shop can trigger the First Top-Up Bonus.
How can I resolve bank card / payment errors?
